Aura
Dining
Choose surf or turf — but a spectacular view is always on the menu.
When you’re on vacation it’s so nice to not have a care in the world. And that should include where and what to have for dinner. So here at the Aura Cozumel Wyndham Grand Bay All-Inclusive Resort, all your cocktails and meals are included. It really could not be easier. In addition, we firmly believe there is a difference between just eating and dining. So please understand Aura features only a la carte service, not buffet-style meals. What’s more, on the property there are a number of venues to choose from and we encourage you to experience them all. Each and every one has a great view of the ocean for you to enjoy. To offer greater variety, at night our lovely Isola restaurant is transformed into two options: Aura Gill and Trader’s Lagoon each featuring very different menus. You may also pick from three bars on the property or have a drink brought to you on the beach. Of course, room service is a daily option.
This sleek modern restaurant is your location for a delicious a la carte breakfast with made-to-order omelets, exotic fresh fruit or even eggs Benedict. For lunch choose chose from delicious, light Caribbean and Mexican inspired dishes such as roasted chicken or grilled fish. Island casual attire — please, no beach attire. To offer greater variety, at night our lovely Isola restaurant is transformed into two options: Aura Gill and Trader’s Lago

- Aura Grill: Along with a spectacular sunset the Aura Grill serves up delicious fare. This is your choice for dinner entrées such as succulent Prime Rib, a T Bone, or salmon steak in lemon butter sauce.
- Trader’s Lagoon: This is your choice for dinner with a more international flair, but every entrée comes with a spectacular view as a side dish. Here is where you’ll enjoy chicken au mango or even a beef tenderloin with Polynesian spices.

For those who wish to eat lunch on the beach, this is the place. Casual and fun, the food is hands on and tasty. Great burgers, BBQ ribs or the traditional Yucatan delicacy pork pibil tacos, just to name a few. For dinner everything goes a bit more upscale, with items such as Fillet Mignon, or even shrimp with banana flan and pineapple sauce.

Brissas Bar
Brissas translates to breezes, and that’s just what you’ll feel relaxing at the bar. It’s high atop a buildings and boasting 2 jacuzzis for both soaking and sipping. Cold beer, signature cocktails such as Martini Melon or Martini Tangerine are yours to enjoy. We think it might be the ideal spot to watch the sun set.
Luna Lounge
This is our most elegant choice for a nightcap. It offers great views of the Caribbean and boasts intimate seating, friendly staff, and a full bar with signature cocktails such as a Don Julio Martini or an Island Mojito.

Hava Bar
This one is right on the beach. And when we’re not serving lunch or dinner here, it’s a great choice for a cocktail in our most casual setting. It’s also the bar that has wait staff who can bring you a margarita poolside or even on our secluded beach.
Room Service
When you feel like you just cannot tear yourself away from your comfortable suite or private terrace have room service to bring you something special. A made-to order ham and cheese omelet with piping hot coffee is great way to start the day. For lunch or dinner try buffalo wings or crispy chicken tacos. We think a slice of margarita pie is pretty good just about anytime. Order from 7 AM to 10:30 PM.
